The Hub City Farmer’s Market opened the Saturday Market in 2006 following a yearlong planning process. Now starting our twelfth season of operating markets, we have added a Mobile Market, a Wednesday Downtown Lunch Market, an Urban Farm, and launched a new facility at Northside Harvest Park.
In addition to providing fresh, affordable, and local produce, proteins, and artisan goods, our markets serve as a destination for pedestrians and cyclists, a great place for families to shop, and a haven for community activities.
We accept several forms of payment at Hub City Farmers’ Markets including cash, credit cards, debit cards, WIC vouchers, Senior vouchers, and SNAP (Food Stamps). We partner with the United Way of the Piedmont and the Department of Social Services to bring SNAP-matching opportunities to the market.
Our primary market, the Saturday Market, offers a variety of produce, meats, eggs, plants, artisan crafts, and prepared foods. In addition, there are a variety of events including cooking demonstrations, children’s activities, live music and more. Each Saturday is an event not to be missed!

The Hub City Farmer’s Market offers fresh local produce and meats, coffee, breads and pastries, eggs, flowers, sauces and dips, jams and jellies, and much more. The Saturday Markets run from 8-noon.
