Join us at the Urban Farm for an introductory winter gardening class! We will be discussing greenhouse growing habits for a successful greenhouse. Topics will include maintenance and care of a greenhouse, selecting what plants to grow, when to start your seed, and finding your ideal greenhouse temperature through ventilating and heating. We will also investigate microgreens; what they are, how to grow them, making your own mix, and what to do with them.
