Community Garden Manual

With support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the HCFM developed a manual that is a guide to creating your own community garden or community garden program. The manual is printed on water and tear proof paper. It contains fun illustrations and step by step directions, tools and templates as well as activities and assessment tools.
