Five Spice London Broil

2 pound Beef, Flank, Steak, Raw
1 tbsp Spice, Chili Powder
1 tsp Spice, Paprika, Ground
1 tsp Spice, Cumin, Ground
1/2 tsp Spice, Pepper, Black, Ground
1/4 tsp Spice, Cinnamon, Ground
1.     Trim steak from all visible fat. Coat with non stick pan spray.

2.     Combine five spices and divide evenly over steak.

3.     Sear the steak on a flat top grill or char broiler and cook until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.

4.     Slice thinly, at an angle, across the grain. Portion four ounces onto serving dish. Hold hot for service.
